From request to accepted order

Choose your products and send an order request. The website saves the selection for Gerik to review and shows an on-screen reference. Availability, the final amount, collection or delivery, dates and payment details are confirmed before an order is accepted. Sending a request does not reserve stock or take payment.

The launch menu and prices

The core launch menu is planned for 19 October–19 December 2026. Oranges, lemons and the Citrus Edit are conditional late-season offers through 30 November, while suitable supply lasts. Prices are in South African rand and apply to collection. Delivery, custom requirements and negotiated volume orders are quoted separately. Any change to an order’s contents or price is agreed before acceptance and payment.

Pack weights, photographs and contents

Weights shown are minimum net produce weights, excluding packaging. Whole produce varies in size. Each box’s contents are listed. Commodity photographs illustrate the product; box photographs combine images of only their listed commodities and do not depict an actual packed order or the relative weights of the pictured items. Origin, variety, ripeness and packaging can differ. We discuss proposed substitutions before the order is accepted.

Fresh Again plans

A Fresh Again plan contains one box of the selected type on each of four agreed weekly dates. Each box has its listed contents, and the displayed plan price covers all four boxes. Dates and availability are agreed before payment. The plan does not renew automatically or authorise a recurring debit. Individual produce packs are once-off additions unless separately agreed. Discuss a change, cancellation or possible missed collection with Gerik before the agreed date; the arrangements should be clear before you commit.

Bulk and business enquiries

You can type quantities directly into the bulk builder or basket. Quantity refers to the displayed packs or four-box plans, not an unspecified crate or kilogram amount. A retail guide total is calculated using the current pack prices. A wholesale or business price depends on specification, grade, pack format, total quantity, frequency, lead time and transport. The guide total is not an agreed wholesale quote or confirmation that the requested volume is in stock.

Collection and delivery

Collection in Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth is by arrangement. The exact address, date and time are supplied in your confirmation. Delivery is subject to an agreed quote for your suburb and access requirements. Free, same-day or nationwide delivery is not promised. Please raise timing or handling requirements before acceptance.

A quality concern or a question?

Contact Gerik as soon as you notice a concern. Include your reference, the product and a clear description. Keep the produce and packaging while the issue is discussed, and have photographs ready if useful. We will review what happened and discuss an appropriate resolution. These ordering notes do not remove applicable consumer rights.

Supplier introductions

The Become a supplier form is a way to introduce a business, not an approval, supply agreement or purchase order. Specifications, quality requirements, traceability, transport, price, payment and any trial purchase must be agreed separately before dispatch.
