What you share with us

For an order or business enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, suburb, produce selection, plan, quantities, fulfilment preference and notes. A bulk request can include your business or group name. Please avoid sending banking details, identity documents or confidential contracts through the website.

A supplier introduction also collects the farm or business name, town and region, products, indicative supply volumes and units, supply window, pack or grade and handling details, transport arrangement, and any website or certifications you choose to provide.

Why we use it

Rautenbach Fresh uses these details to respond to you, discuss a possible order, assess a supplier introduction and manage the resulting conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing, create recurring payments, approve you as a supplier or create a purchase order.

Where your request is kept

Your request is stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the owner’s authorised account. Infrastructure providers process the information needed to operate the website. We do not sell your information. A successful submission produces an on-screen reference; automatic email confirmations are not currently enabled.

Your basket and technical information

Your produce selection and menu revision can be saved in your browser’s local storage so you can return to your basket. Clear the basket or your browser’s site data to remove those saved choices. The website also uses temporary submission counters and a daily hashed network address to limit spam. This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can contact Gerik to request access, correction or deletion of details you submitted. Include the email address used and your reference if you have one. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Enquiries are retained while needed to respond and follow up, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
